Eligibility Terms:

  • Must be 2024 graduating senior from Cy-Fair, Katy, Magnolia, Tomball, or Waller school district.
  • Applicant must be an incoming student of a 2-year or 4-year college/university.
  • Applicant must be an Animal Science or agriculture-related major.
  • Must be current Texas resident.
  • Merit based on essay content, extracurricular activities, and community service.
  • Applicant must write a 500-word essay on one of the scholarship essay prompts.

Selection Committee will utilize the following criteria to make their final decision:

  • Community Service/or Work Experience - 25%
  • In-School or Extracurricular Activities - 25%
  • Essay - 50%
