Julie Delapaz is a native Texan, born and raised in Northwest Houston. She is married with a precious son and a pet pitbull named Bowser. She and her husband attended the same schools growing up and have spent nearly their entire lives here in the Houston area with their families.

Julie is passionate about healthy and non-toxic living. She enjoys playing sand volleyball, exploring nature, playing sports with her family, and game nights with her friends. You can also find her tailgating at Texans games and cheering on her native Houston’s sports teams.

Julie describes herself as a "loud and proud Aggie". She attended Texas A&M University at College Station where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management.

Since 2018 Julie has been hard at work in the real estate industry. As a licensed Realtor, she has spent 4 years as an Inside Sales Agent (ISA). Prior to 2018, she gained valuable experience working in sales and was even a Celebrity Relations Liaison for a sports company where she enjoyed meeting several professional athletes.

Julie felt drawn to real estate because of the opportunities it affords her to be charitable. She values the importance of working for a company that gives back and strives to make an impact in her hometown while empowering Houstonians to make their homeownership dreams a reality.

Julie is a team player and strong communicator. A few words colleagues have used to describe her in the past are patient, adaptable, respectful, and self-sufficient. As an ISA, she loves the chance to overcome challenging situations. With thousands of realtors in Houston, she loves the thrill of successfully aligning new clients with the right team. She finds joy in sharpening her communication and learning new skills. Her passion for understanding the psychology of sales makes her an asset to the real estate community.
