Client Care Coordinator
While Alicia Ward originally hails from Warrenton, Virginia, she has lived many different places in her life. California, New York, Connecticut, and Rhode Island have all been home until moving to the Houston Area in 2015.
Alicia has two amazing children, Hailey and Christopher, and a rescue dog named Charlie Sue. She loves spending time outdoors and traveling to see new places. Whether hosting friends on her patio, working in her garden, or exploring national parks, outside in the fresh air is her favorite place to be.
Alicia attended Radford University in Virginia where she majored in Recreation Management. After graduating, she worked for Parks and Recreation Departments before moving to Texas. Alicia was inspired to make a career shift after a happily-retired woman shared how much she enjoyed helping people over the course of her real estate career. As someone who has always enjoyed working with people and serving her community, a spark was ignited and Alicia began taking real estate classes.
Alicia describes her favorite part of working in real estate to be learning about her clients and connecting them with solutions that will enable them to achieve their goals. She enjoys working with a team of talented agents while combining strengths and sharing ideas in order to best serve and establish lasting relationships with clients.
After moving nineteen times in twenty years, Alicia understands, firsthand, how stressful the buying and selling process can be. She is passionate about giving her clients the best real estate experience, and believes that by providing market knowledge and compassion with a small dose of humor she can make a big difference during their real estate journey.
